对于可的，或者的（比如书籍，电影，，软件）版权声明。一般具备如下三部分。

1、The symbol © (the letter C in a circle), or the word “Copyright,” or the abbreviation “Copr.”; and 

符号©（字母C外加一个圆），或者单词“Copyright”版权，或者缩写“Copr.”

The year of first publication of the work. In the case of compilations or derivative works incorporating previously published material, the year date of first publication of the compilation or derivative work is sufficient. 

The year date may be omitted where a pictorial, graphic, or sculptural work, with accompanying textual matter, if any, is reproduced in or on greeting cards, postcards, stationery, jewelry, dolls, toys, or any useful article; and

The name of the owner of copyright in the work, or an abbreviation by which the name can be recognized, or a generally known alternative designation of the owner. 

3、作品的版权拥护者名称，或者可识别的拥有者名称缩写，或者是拥有者的其他为公众知晓的 名称。 Example: © 2006 John Doe

正确的格式应该是：Copyright [dates] by [author/owner]

© 通常可以代替Copyright, 但是不可以用(c)。 All Rights Reserved 在某些曾经是必须的，但是现在在大多数，都不是法律上必须有的字样。
